People are reluctant when it comes to buying tickets from ticket brokers. Their main concerns have their root in previous disappointments or in their lack of confidence in intermediaries.
The most important reason for which people avoid ticket brokers is the large fees they charge for their services. Even though there are times when this fee is legitimate, paying some extra money for a ticket which can be bought for less prevent people from buying tickets from brokers.
Another reason for which people do not trust ticket brokers is because they have had a previous disappointing experience.
