* A business working from home allows you creative freedom.
Many people find that a job does not provide the freedom to be creative. A business working from home of your own is a great way to produce something with your added creativity. Artists, animation for movies, writers, inventors and all kinds of creative people are living a life of bliss simply by utilizing there own creative freedom to produce products that benefit mankind.
* A business working from home allows you to fully use your skills, knowledge and education.
Being in business requires much more skills, knowledge and education then almost all other careers and industries. For me that's total fun, you can't get bored in business, with so many interesting things to do. You get to do so many things in business, and need to learn new skills. You can use the skills which your boss doesn't want, in your own business working from home. These skills which your existing employer did not want to use, you can use, and reap the benefits of your skills, knowledge and education.
* I have a product/idea/service that people need.
You have a product, idea, service that people need. A business working from home or your own can help you bring that to people. One key point to keep in mind is that many people who are self employed, soon find that they earn less money then if they were working for someone else. Make sure you can factor that in, and consider what you can do to rise above it, if that is your aim.
* With a business working from home you won't have a dress code.
It's true; a business working from home allows you to have your own dress code. A programmer freelancing at home does not have to deal with having the dress in a business suit, he or she can wear what he or she chooses, and still work to peak performance. You will need to work out whether your own business working from home can produce you same or more money, as many find that a business working from home pays less then if they were working for someone else, especially in the first few years.
Owning your own business working from home has many myths to it. Out of all the population who dream of owning their own business working from home, only a few will actually go forward and start. Even fewer will survive in business on the long term. Though there is one thing for certain, when the will is stronger than the skill, you will succeed in achieving your outcomes, you set.
