However, there are many people who find its production quite confusing. Creating a whipped cream is as easy as 1-2-3 which makes them wonder more. Few seconds is only needed and your cream is ready! Whipped cream dispensers contain nitrous oxide on the chargers. Yes, this element does the work for you. Understanding the process how the gas is able to fluff the cream up will let you understand its creation as well. The Nitrous Oxide finds its own way to get into the cream. The gas uses its power to puff the cream up until it is able to reach the texture considered to be fluffy enough.

Generally speaking, the air rushes its way back out while something is going simultaneously. While the gas continues to find its way right into the cream, the fat is broken down to become the cream. As soon as the fat molecules break down, they will run together so as to form a coat all around the cream. This formed coating will hold the air for quite a while. During this time that the air is being held, a nice and good fluffy whip cream will be produced. However, once the gas started to leave it, the cream will be un-puff and may become watery.

Normally, a cream should have at least fat content of about twenty eight percent so as to have enough thickness to keep it fluffy. A regular or heavier whipping cream must be used. But, based on many testimonials made by experts, regular whipping cream yields better one. In order to release all the gas in the cream dispenser, the top part of the nitrous oxide needs to be punctured first. This is the reason why chargers are made – to let it be punctured easily. Once the hole has been formed on it, nitrous oxide will be released right in the dispenser and can still be used whenever needed.

Most people love dispensers and claimed that the greatest thing about it is that it only whips the cream you are currently using. This only means that the other cream or rather, the rest of the cream left on the dispenser will not be touched until you decided to use it. Yes, it makes the cream fresher! If it is fresh, it will be a lot fluffier.
