Delhi would see the largest ever congregation of SMEs from across the globe with over 500 delegates from 5 continents, 60 illustrious national and international speakers, supported by 40 Industry associations and 36 media partners on December 16 and 17.
This is the secondeditionof the World SME Conference, Milagrow Get Set Grow. The conference brings together thought leaders, policy makers, bureaucrats, SME focused organizations and illustrious entrepreneurs to improve the ecosystem in which small and medium businesses operate.
The theme this year is “My Vision, My Way”. Speakers and panellists would deliberate upon the best way forward for the SME sector. They would help the SMEs realise the true potential of their ideas and enterprise. Special sessions and master classes have been kept for policy makers and inspiring industry leaders to discuss, debate and suggest on issues related to funding, human resources, marketing & branding, IT solutions, manufacturing best practices, and go-to-market strategies for both, national and international markets.
The event is supported by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and the National Small Industries Corporation.
Milagrow and Knowledge Solution’s founder, Mr Rajeev Karwal, said, “The SME sector, which contributes almost 40-50% of the economic activity has been an underserved, manipulated and much abused sector because of misplaced regulatory and business compulsions. It is my dream that these hidden jewels of the Indian Industry shine brighter than ever now, especially when the Indian market place is growing.
Dinsha J Patel, minister (independent charge) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises would be the chief guest and Jyotiraoaditya Scindia, minister of state, Department of Commerce and Industry, would be the guest of honour at the conference sharing their vision as to how MSMEs must develop in the coming decade. There will be other eminent speakers and delegates present for the event.
