Young Executives Talk Material Handling

Posted: Jan 31, 2011 |Comments: 0 |

As a part of its continued effort to raise awareness about the impact of young professionals in the forklift, conveyor, storage & handling and general material handling equipment industries, The MHEDA Journal Online has introduced a new Web-only feature. The feature, called "The MHEDA Young Executives e-Dialogue" gives a forum for some of the industry's freshest voices to be heard.

For this feature, The MHEDA Journal Online has enlisted three Young Executives from MHEDA distributor member companies to blog about their experiences as up-and-coming members of the material handling industry. Participants include Luigi Marinoni, territory manager at Washington Liftruck (Seattle, WA); Dawn Mooney, creative director at PeakLogix (Richmond, VA); and Jeff Sobieraj, salesperson at Hy-Tek Material Handling (Columbus, OH).

The team of Young Executives, all of whom have been in the industry for less than two years, will be sharing their experiences, trials and triumphs as they learn the material handling industry's many nuances. It's a must-read for anyone interested in seeing the industry through a fresh set of eyes.

While you're checking out what the Young Executives have to say, head over to the e-Dialogue index page (http://www.TheMhedaJournal.org/index.php/blogs/) to find even more fresh content. The MHEDA Journal's editors are also producing content several times a week. Whether it's news, best practices or business trends, it's all being covered.

The only way to find all of this great industry information is to head over to www.TheMhedaJournal.org and check out the online resource for the material handling business. The MHEDA Journal is published quarterly, in January, April, July and October. For more information, contact Chris Powers, editor of The MHEDA Journal, (315) 445-2347, e-mail: chris@datakey.org.
