Everyone talks about mission statements these days. The most important thing is for the company to know exactly how to inspire its employees to work efficiently, and to the best of their abilities, and the company will automatically achieve success in whatever area it may be in. If the company limits its ideas or achievements to a mission statement, then the company will not be able to evolve and grow over time, and will lose any chance of being a versatile company.
