Are you looking for a job? Busily telling yourself "I need a job? I need that job now?" Well, I wish you the best of luck. Been there and done that. When we came back after I left the military in 1970, we lost our home and everything we had because there were no jobs to be had. I couldn't even BUY a job. It was advertised in Seattle that the last one to leave, please turn out the lights – remember?
You should be asking yourself, what is it that you REALLY want - A job, working for someone else? Maybe you've considered investing in a Business – or – investing in your future. I admit that we are in a very severe recession and jobs are tight (no matter what the news tells us), but if you are looking for an income by working for someone else, I'll tell you now, I am not looking to hire anyone – I just can't help you.
We are looking for those select few that are tired of the rat race, sick of the corporate image and all of the expense and frustration that goes with it. We are looking for those special people that want the freedom of working for themselves toward a future of financial freedom.
The reason I bring this up? I am retired from two different careers and my wife is also retired from the corporate world as well, so we do know the corporate environment. In the ‘70's we tried to go into business for ourselves with one qualification, we wanted to work from our home. We have tried numerous times with different companies, but somehow it was always the same, a total lack of success.
A few years ago, my wife even developed a beautiful web page with multiples of products, and hired we even hired someone to advertise the web site for us. Their failure created another failure for us because of no offered advertising solutions – no advertising or marketing schooling on how to sell on the web.
Finally, we now have more than one stream of income. Multiple income streams are important for diversification. With the uncertainty in today's environment, it is very important to have more than one income source.
We are connected with a company that cares about one another and is willing to help by furnishing an amount of training that almost beyond belief. They furnish an "on-line" university for marketing on the web plus almost every evening and some Saturdays they offer both phone meetings and a "Webinar".
These Phone meetings and the webinars are hosted live by the ones that have already done it. They have succeeded – BIG!!! They are volunteering their time and knowledge by asking you to copy them and succeed by doing what they have done. They also record them so you have the advantage of going in for a session refresher as well.
This is an excellent source of education because of the flexibility of different ideas, methods and the possibility of including multiple ideas into your very own sales methods. Think about it - sources of training from many personalities to help you form your own unique sales personality. I find that exciting!
This education is not the "stuff-in-a-box" training, but updated on an almost weekly basis, and this is good for you. You don't get the training that was current even 6 months ago – it's fresh and it's NEW!!!
