If you are a person who works day and night in your own small business and always makes sure you do everything yourself, it might surprise you to find that you would be classed as by experts as unsuccessful. Procrastinating, allowing constant interruptions, and acting reactively instead of planning what you will do each day are all habits of the unsuccessful too. So is refusing to change when you see the need for it. Training your staff to multi-task will not only keep them from boredom, but make sure that there is someone who can get the job done no matter who is away.
