As most of you may or may not know affiliate marketing is probably one of the biggest ways to make money online. For those of you who do not know how affiliate marketing works here is a quick example. Someone has a product, and you sell it for them and they split a certain percent of the profits with you for whatever sales you earn. So you can see the potential here to make big profits from affiliate marketing.
So if you are new to affiliate programs, and are looking to get into affiliate marketing then I am here to help you get started. I am going to go over a few quick and easy ways you can get up and running in a matter of just a few hours.
A few things you must first know about affiliate marketing are. Yes you can make money promoting other peoples programs, but you want to pick something that is not going to already have a ton of people promoting it. This will lead to you having to spend more money to make less money. You also should pick a program or product that has good conversion rates.
Now first if you want to get set up in a matter of just a few minutes sign up and become an affiliate. Usually becoming one is free to do, and only take a few seconds. Once you get your affiliate code open up a google adwords account if you do not already have one. Then make a campaign using the programs main keywords. This will get you up and running in just a few minutes, and the programs main keywords are always going to be a good seller.
Next you will want to write a small review on the program or product you are promoting now. To do so I would suggest your write an article and a free press release. Tell people what it program is and how it works, and really go into detail. Do not try to sell them on it, but be informational and give them lots of details. Then leave your affiliate link at the bottom. After a few days you will notice your affiliate link is getting hits not only from google, but also from your articles and free press release of the review you made.
Finally you will want to build a lead capture page and setup an auto responder. This will allow you to collect peoples information and send them automated e-mails every so often explaining to them why your program or product is so great. Do not do this thought till you have everything else setup and running.
Following these steps will help you get any affiliate program up and running off the ground in just a matter of a few hours. You may even make a sale or two if you do it correctly.
