That's what I wanted to know, so I found out… 
A while back we interviewed David, a lawyer who decided to give Dalbey's program a try. Turns out that David already had dabbled a bit in the cash flow

in Canada! As long as you're able to communicate with people, you can do this business from anywhere! 
4. No Money Required One important point to note is that David has never had to put up any personal money in order to make these deals. Unlike many businesses, which require a 
substantial start-up investment, the cash flow business can be entered by anyone regardless of salary or existing income.
