I have been in the mortgage industry for a little over 10 years. And due to a huge change in market conditions I decided it was time for a change. When you are trying to support a family and your income drops drastically on a continual basis, you need to do something and fast.

This is not one of those stock market scenarios where you hold to see if the market turns around. There was no turning around anytime soon at this point. That’s when I hit the Internet and started looking for a viable program that would replace the income I was accustomed to making as a mortgage broker.

I came across a ton of programs where they taught you how to recruit your friends and family members and make a list of everyone you know and call them.
