Commercial developments of Bangalore by Real estate land developers

The area from the Hebbel fly over is stretched till the new airport area devanahalli and these days this has become the business projects. The modern Global Investors' Meet, brought this area into focus. Several business have showed keen interest in the three industrial parks that are coming up on 3,000 acres of land in this region and they will be ready to occupy by the end of this year.

According to result from Bangalore real estate companies, In Bangalore, the area like north Bangalore are very busy with all these activity. There are land parcels in excess of 10 acres available in this micro market. The development of commercial areas in Nelamangala and the Greater Peenya project which is coming up will also have a major approach on the improvement in this area, due to the connectivity factor. Travelling  from Nelamangala has been radically reduced via the Outer Ring Road and NH 207 which will speed up the travelling  to Devanahalli.

As we know that appearance makes the prominent role everywhere. Similarly along with this, improvement of infrastructure is making the highest priority in this particular area. For example, there are many plans that look at the planned high speed rail link to the International A i r p o r t, Mono Rail, and development of ring roads on public - private partnership model.

The elevated highway of which is 4 km long will drive closer between the Hebbal flyover and Yelahanka bypass. There will also be flyovers at Yelahanka bypass and Vidyanagar, two pedestrian underpasses, one vehicular underpass, and a cattle crossing. Totally, there will be 26 bus bays till the airport.

By this we can conclude that there is a lot of changes in Banglore city. Mainly the commercial buildings and infrastructure of Bangalore city is becoming improved by each day.
