How many of us are stuck in the routine of working hour upon hour, day after day, week after week...trying to make ends meet, using every waking hour to earn more money, sometimes just to survive?
The global recession has only added to this, and more and more people are finding that their life is being taken over by the need to pay their monthly bills and little else.
Cutbacks are inevitable, but what do you really want to give up? The odd meal out or going to the cinema? Limiting leisure activities, cutting out the new car or this year's summer vacation? Any of these cutbacks will reinforce your position as someone who is merely living to work.
