Just because you are at work from home mom that doesn’t mean you have to be on the clock 24/7 nor does it mean you have to be responsible for doing everything for everyone or that your job is less demanding than someone’s who works outside the home. You’re doing your part to help your family financially so enjoy some free time for yourself. Give yourself some “me” time, even if it’s only a bubble bath once a week for an hour or one morning when your husband takes the kids to the park so you can relax.
