When you know what makes people tick you can switch them on and make them see the value you have to offer above all of the other Network marketers out there in an instant. 
It all boils down to three things...
Confidence knowledge and social proofing
People want to follow people that other people follow, social proofing plays a HUGE role in this...

Just in case you have no idea what I'm talking about i'm going to give you an example. 
Let's say hypothetically speaking that you are single and you are considering getting into a relationship with someone that you have been friends with for a while. 
You like them but they are lacking in confidence and you subconciously no matter how much you like them you assume that there is a reason for them to not be that confident. 
So you hesitate until...
One day you try to set them up with your friend because you feel that they would be the perfect match. 
So you all meet up and go out for the day together and you for the first time experience a twang of jealousy as you start to see the person that you were interested in but not sure about for ages get attention from someone else...
What do you think this would make you feel?
Do you think that you would start to find this person far more attractive all of a sudden because they were the hunted instead of the hunter?
Do you think that the combination of them being more confident, off limits and wanted by someone else would you want them all of a sudden?
Of course it would!
You would be all over them like a rash because you would be forced to realize their  value. When other people are confident and act like they know they are wanted you want to talk to them. You want to spend time with them and get to know them. 
Now you know how to yourself attractive to your potential business partners...
Confidence is attractive, when you sense that someone is confident about themselves whether you like them or not you suddenly feel drawn to them the way two magnets are drawn together. It's a natural human reaction to be drawn towards people that are confident and sure of themselves.
What this means for you is that if you act confident people will assume that you are liked and therefore like able and they will CRAVE your presence.
A person who exudes confidence and enthusiasm makes us feel good about ourselves, eases our insecurities, because we ALL have them whether we like to admit it or not...! 
It reminds us of our strengths and all of the wonderful things we have in our life to be grateful for, and the opposite is also true for the not so confident person
Also enthusiasm is not present in people who are lacking in confidence, until they feel comfortable with a person they will contain their enthusiasm till they feel comfortable! Enthusiasm is what makes it possible for people to join you in your business, if you're not showing your passion and belief in your business how in earth are you supoposed to inspire and motivate them to take action and join you?
What we need to understand is that we are wired physiologically psychologically and emotionally to seek pleasure and avoid pain, so if person is happy and confident we subconciously assume that being around them will result in our being happy confident and rich too-Because Network Marketers or people who aspire to be network marketers will ASSUME you are rich when they hear you are happy! Strange but true!
That is the bottom line.
If you want people to join you in your business then you HAVE to act & preferably be happy and confident, because we as human beings are wired to join forces with people that we see as strong powerful and confident. 
So if you're confident but you're not happy then get to the root of the issue that is bothering you so you can be the kind of person that people are attracted to.
If you're lacking in confidence then try to figure out why, what do you feel you need to have to be proud of who you are?
Because we are all created equal whether we choose to realize it or not.
We are ALL stars;-)
When you make sales and your downline grows like it's on steroids you'll feel a lot more confident than you do now and whether you are super confident or not right now, that wont make any difference!
So do what it takes to succeed, record those videos that you know you should be, and show people that you trust yourself by being sure of yourself enough to seek approval from one person YOURSELF! And let that inner confidence and suredness infect those around you;-
Take action and let the marketplace decide if your ideas are strategies are good, test test test and when you hit a winner that gives you a return on your investment run with it;-)
Above all trust yourself, the more you trust yourself the more others will trust you and ultimately JOIN FORCES WITH YOU!
