John Beck Free and Clear, Scam or Not?

John Beck another of the late night TV infomercial Guru's has flooded the air waves with attractive real estate home business courses with his Free and Clear and Pennies on the Dollar systems. The thought of being able to buy a house Free and Clear for 300 bucks is certainly an attention grabber at 2 am.

So can you actually buy tax-burdened properties Free and Clear for Pennies on the Dollar as John Beck claims? Well, yes and no. Not the answer you were looking for I'm sure, but here's the deal. There are properties out there that can be bought fairly cheaply and some even for a few hundred bucks.

Those properties are diamonds in the rough and not typically what you will find in most real estate markets. For those with tons of experience like John Beck with his legal and real estate knowledge those properties are most likely hard fought victories. Cultivated after hours or months of research and market analysis.

So, where does that leave you?

A quick $39.95 education in market analysis, real estate and tax law probably won't bring you your first deal without a great deal of help and coaching.

Pouring over tax and bank records finding the perfect property that is worth what is owed on it (giving the declining real estate market that can be a bit tougher) only to go up against seasoned investors fighting for the same property for the shot to get it Free and Clear or for Pennies on the Dollar.

To give you an edge over the standard education, after your $39 dollar investment in the basic Free and Clear course, you'll be offered an opportunity for personal coaching from John Beck's staff with a price tag of about $8,000.

Now, if you were able to make just one Free and Clear purchase and make a profit, the education may just be worth it. It sounds so easy at the beginning, with the excitement of an opportunity to change your lifestyle with just a few hours a week looking for some stressed out homeowners that are behind on their taxes.

Unfortunately, most will probably get tired of the struggle and competition to get to that one purchase and pack it in after a few months, even after purchasing John Beck's  $8,000 coaching program

The real estate industry is a tough, highly competitive and risky market. For the average person to be able to spend the time to find just one sweet deal, the odds are stacked against you and without the addition of John Beck's coaching program your chances of success are even less.

Is John Beck and his Free and Clear system a Scam?

In a word, No. If you have the time, financial resources and commitment to the real estate industry, I'm sure it can be done. I don't believe the testimonials of people finding those one and a million deals are lies. But as a home business and a way out of the rat race, I'd look for another avenue, with a bit less risk and greater odds of success.

What ever you choose, I wish you Good Luck!
