This can involve any financial indiscretions that may cause any suspicion that the individual is not reliable. This also involves any criminal activity recorded in the past.

Drug testing is also important in the hiring process. This ensures that the individual will not be performing their job under the influence of an illegal substance. Periodic drug testing may also be performed.

There may also be testing of the technical proficiency or the relevant field the candidate has applied for.

If someone says they have a college degree in marketing, the authenticity of that degree will be verified. Apart from this prior working experience, salary related document and the last post the candidate was bearing are also examined.

In the end we can say that, marketing staffing companies are providing talented human resource to the various client companies by following a certain set of procedure.
