Women are victorious in this venture because network marketing business is based on people and communication. One might ask about the process of the women's developing this relationship. Well the fairer sex utilizes many relationship-based communication devices. Being a product of the products is one great communication device ....the women recount their story to the others. The ‘FORM ‘method which stands for Family, Occupation, Recreation and Money is another device. Family The questions about family generally include the simple questions like if they like the place where they inhabit, if they desire to shift to a better dwelling, if they want to quit their jobs to spend more time with their family and their little children. These ‘apparent' off the track questions are important as the people are interested to talk about their family life. Occupation This topic veers around their place of work, their satisfaction in their jobs and if they are interested in doing something else if given a choice. Recreation This includes their deeds at leisure time, if they get a chance to do it as much as they would like to do; if they are unable to do it, the reasons behind it - absence of money or time or both? How they would spend the relaxing period if there was no problem of economy and time. Money Are they satisfied with what they earn? If they would like to do an extra job like a home business for generating extra income. Women get informed and share referrals at networking business organization like Lead Clubs, religious organizations. It is convenient for them to get into those networks when they start business as they are already known in those circles. To summarize it can be said that a successful woman relies on the relationships she creates.
