Knowing Your Why is so critical to your business growth because it is what gives you direction. I don't mean simply making more money, if that is your sole motivator you could build your business by deceiving people simply to make a sale. I am referring to a reason like having time to spend with your loved ones or help people become financial free and enjoy their lives. I have observed that most people will do more for someone else than they would do for themselves. These type of reasons help you through the inevitable challenges that you will face to help you and your business grow.

Knowing Your Compensation Plan importance lies in knowing how much it takes for you to reach your income goal. For example two people with an income goal of $10,000.00 a month. One at the top of the compensation plan and the other at the bottom of the compensation plan both putting in the same amount of effort. The bottom earns $100.00 per sale and the top $7000.00 per sale. This example is not far fetched but the vast difference in earnings is and this happens everyday when people don't take time to truly know their compensation plan.

Your Attitude or Mindset will add to your success or Kill it. This is simply because we attract what we think about and have the strongest feelings about. If you think I can't possibly reach that goal be it sales target or sponsoring target then chances are you won't. If you are angry at the world and always complaining tell me. Would you want to join you or buy from yourself and if not why should someone else want to join your network marketing opportunity or buy anything from you?

Marketing the thing that makes the business world go round. This is where the real difference in making money in network marketing happens. If you get all the others right and not the marketing aspect you would be severely hindering yourself. A lot of companies have good and great products but what holds the most sway at least at first glance is the Marketing. Once you get the marketing correct you will have an endless supply of leads, customers and business partners.
