Top Residual Income Options

Using a top residual income model is an intelligent strategy. There is nothing as satisfactory as being paid month on month for past work. So what are the best enduring rewards for a one-off effort?

The top opportunity for you can be chosen from a short list of inherently good possibilities. The final best match for you will, however, depend a lot upon your experiences, talents and expertise or passion.

What Are The Options?

* Royalty from books etc
* Setting up a rental income
* Network marketing for 1%
* Properly structured Website
* Syndicated material

Any of the above can be potential top residual income opportunities. All, that is, with the exception of network marketing. This strange beast may work for a few particular people but they are in a minority.

Write A Book

If you write a great book you can retire. A good book can produce a useful second income. Most just sell 100 copies. This is an expensive process by the time you get a manuscript proof read, edited, and published if it is print on demand. That being said my wife and I have 4 authors in our families all of whom receive residual income.

Rental Income

This is perhaps the most well known of any of the top income opportunities, however that was mainly 10 years ago when there were better margins. Now the margins are so tight, in the UK at least, that this no longer qualifies as a top opportunity for someone who is starting from scratch.

Network Marketing

The lure of residual income is this industry's biggest selling point, that, and a relatively low entry amount. However the plain facts are that less then 1% of those who start make any income, residual or not. Unless you are a particular type of person, this industry is unlikely to work for you. The practical education in sales and marketing is of value though.

SERP Website

A website that is properly formatted to generate organic traffic and has an automated sales model is definitely a top residual income option. However there are few site owners who are completely passive. The amount of effort can be seriously affected by the traffic generation and monetisation models chosen.

Syndicated Material

Material that is shared such as: viral eBooks, reports, press releases, articles or content. These all, if they are really good, are shared around the web by people who find value and benefits from your material. A percentage of those that read the material then click on a link back to your site were a monetisation model makes this combination a potential top residual income opportunity.

Passive income is an elusive but rewarding concept. At this point in time I would suggest on the last two strategies. They are also the cheapest of all the options.
