If you’re looking for ways to make money online, you have a few different options. Are you looking to start a legitimate online business and replace your full-time salary, or are you looking for a more solitary venture and not an actual business? Let’s begin with affiliate marketing. If you’re looking to work completely on your lonesome, this is probably for you. If you’re looking to start your online venture in affiliate marketing however, you might find yourself hard-pressed on where exactly to begin. Your next option is Multi Level Marketing, or MLM. Products you sell in MLM tend to be health juices, pills, beauty products, etc. I would not recommend getting into MLM currently, because it’s simply not what it used to be. There are so many MLM companies popping up nowadays, and people jump around from one to the other looking for the next best thing. The attrition rate in MLM currently is not good, with most people leaving whichever MLM company they’ve joined within the first 90 days. In MLM, you’re reliant on the success those you sign up in the company under you to generate significant income. Succeeding in this industry isn’t an easy task when most people you sign up leave you within 90 days. Are there people who make very good money in MLM? Definitely... but they are few and far between, and tend to be people who have been at it for a long long time.

Finally we have internet marketing. I personally believe that internet marketing is your best way to make money online, and your best bet if you’re looking to start an actual business. Your job as an internet marketer will be to get your business opportunity out there to as many potentials customers as possible (and believe me there are a LOT of people looking to start home-based businesses out there right now) through a variety of methods. Your job won’t be as a salesman, but as a marketer, attracting potential customers to come to YOU looking to join you. You should search for a legitimate home-based business... one which will provide you with full training, tools, and resources to successfully market your opportunity.

Beware though, because the market is getting completely flooded with scams and “get rich quick” schemes. You’re not going to find an internet marketing program which will generate you money for little or no effort... and you’re not going to make money online without spending any (the same goes for affiliate marketing and MLM). There are no legitimate “make money for no investment or effort opportunities” out there... so don’t believe the hype.
