Usually a review of XOWii or any MLM is just a pitch to join with the reviewer. Several XOWii reviews I've read were all about "what was coming" or "how good it looked", meaning they were just giving their opinion of how they thought XOWii would do.
XOWii is over one year old now and this XOWii review is based on what has happened sinced it launched and where it is going.
When XOWii began in October 2009, it grew so fast it was labeled the fastest growing network marketing company ever. Within three months it was pulling in over a million dollars a month.
But XOWii wasn't perfect and it had some startup issues with recruiting, its back office software and its management. All of those problems were resolved before I joined XOWii in mid-August.
We were a Team of networkers in another MLM that lost its financing. So we hunted and searched for the right company to join. I also went to XOWii HQ's and met the leadership and took the Tour.
We decided on XOWii for quite a number of important reasons:
Financial Backing: Just because a billionaire owns a NWM Company, doesn't mean it will succeed, but it helps. XOWii has the money it needs for whatever comes its way.
XOWii is debt free, profitable and growing to the point where the numbers are getting more impressive each month. 132% sign up growth in September 2010 along with 60% increase it autoship orders.
We're seeing a new direction with products (5 categories – the most successful ones in mlm), a totally new look to the Company website and totally new branding for XOWii and its Products.
The Leadership is also reflected in the Top Teams coming into XOWii. Our Team came over from Synaura and others have come over from MonaVie, Zrii, Efusjon, Xango, Herbalife and Amway just to name a few. This is a healthy sign for continued growth and prosperity.
One final reason we came over to XOWii was because of their compensation plan. The XOWii Comp Plan is a hybrid binary. Some of the most successful network marketing companies use a binary. But they don't have as balanced a comp plan as XOWii.
How is it balanced? XOWii's comp plan doesn't just favor the heavy hitters and XOWii Leaders. In fact, a XOWii newbie can earn hundreds if not thousands of dollars in his/her first month. How?
First of all, if you enroll four people on autoship, your XOWii autoship ($134.00 or $248.00) is FREE. Second if you enroll and get customers equal to $1000.00 CV, you qualify for The Empowerment Bonus Pool, 1.5% of the monthly Company CV divided by those who qualify. This can a three or four figure total your first month.
Additionally, there are seven levels of Executive Matching Bonus Checks. This is not a tiered 7 level match. This is 7 GENERATIONS of equal check match bonuses. You earn a percentage of your personally sponsored checks, their personally sponsored checks, their personally sponsored checks all the way down 7 GENERATIONS. That's serious income potential.
