Windows XP Driver for FastCom TV & FM tuner PCI card

Recently I have installed an old (bought 6 years ago) FastCom TV & FM tuner PCI card.
Under Win98 the device has been identified and installed successfully. The device is labeled: "Brooktree Fusion/Video Capture Device" with the provider's details: "TelSignal Co., Ltd date:5-29-1999".
Under Windows XP no device driver has been found on the installation CD.
The address on the package - www.fastcom.com.tw , "Items International Computer Corp " - is not found.
Also found in my searches that the file tv878xp.zip is suitable for 878tv tuner card ..
Any suggestion ?
