Camping Split - The best camp in Croatia
Last summer I went on a camping trip to Croatia, region of Dalmatia. We made our reservation about three months ago in Camping Split camp which is located near the city of Split. We arrived to the camp at 9 o'clock in the morning on Saturday. The first view of the camp was absolutely breathtaking. The camp is surrounded by wonderful beaches and sea, and there are many pine trees in the camp with the green grass on the ground.
The camp was full of people and the atmosphere in the camp was great. In the camp there is a restaurant and a bar, and the food in the restaurant is fantastic, so we ate our dinner every day there. In the camp there is also a big pool, boat renting, diving classes, scooter renting and many other possibilities.
After we setled in we decided to explore Dalmatia and Croatia. Firt we went to Split, which is 1700 years old, and has a interesting city center with ancient Roman buildings. After that we went to Omiš and Trogir which are very cute small towns on the coast. We also decided to explore Dalmatian islands, because Croatia has one of the moast beautiful coastlines in the world. We wisited islands Brac and Hvar which are very beautiful, with lots of small towns, and secret beaches. We also visited island of Korcula which has an interesting cultural background with ancient Greek settlements. All in all we spent a wonderful time in Croatia and we are definitely coming back next year.
