When you go camping there are definite provisions that you need to take with you. The more evident things that we know to bring are the tents, sleeping bags, first aid kits, bug spray, and a mixture of food and drinks. The one thing that we never consider to be really critical to take with us is the proper clothes.
We automatically assume that the items we should wear are shorts, short sleeved shirts, and a good pair of comfortable shoes. But when you are camping you are surrounding yourself by wildlife that is not incessantly favorable when you get too close. You should go hiking up on trails or just haphazardly around the forest.
When you do this you may run into all sorts of small bugs that have the ability to attach to you, snakes, spiders, and many things. The easiest way that you are able to protect yourself from these bugs is to put on clothes that are going to protect you from them and protect your skin.
When you don shorts and flip flops you are displaying so much skin and just asking for the bugs to bind themselves to you. The greatest kinds of camping clothes that you are able to put on are the ones that will screen your skin and grant you an extra layer of protection that may help save your life.
When you are hiking put on long sleeved shirts, long pants, socks, and thick boots. The long pants and boots are a must - but at times you can get away with putting on a short sleeved shirt so that you will not faint from the heat. The thick boots are specially helpful in case you walk across a wandering snake that will try to bite you.
