Well first of all what is Cancer? Brain Cancer Ribbon Color There are many different opinions and definitions but simplified cancer is damaged invading cells within the body. These cells refuse to die and rejuvenate. Instead these cells invade tissue and organs and stifle the normal operation of the human body.

A normal cell grows divides and dies and then is replaced by a new one. Not so with the cancer cell. The cancer cell becomes a cancer cell because of damage to DNA. DNA is in every cell and controls all it's actions. Most of the time when DNA gets damaged the cell can fix it. If the cell can't fix it, then it dies. I was just talking to Joe the other day and he said to me point blank, Tom I changed my diet and I was told my DNA has changed. I find that remarkable since I always thought like the rest of the world that DNA never changes. Maybe he meant to say instead that my molecular structure is changing but he said what he said.

It was always thought that the brain could never rejuvenate itself, meaning once a cell is damaged or dead it cannot reproduce itself, only the liver could. Thanks to stem cell research the brain can be tricked into healing itself and reproduce new cells to replace the ones that died all because of stem cell technology.

All I can say is this, the proof is in the pudding.
