Cabot circus was launched in September 2008; on launch day it attracted hundreds and thousands of crowds and had acrobatic performers hanging from the ceiling doing their various acrobatic sequences.

It contains a hundred and forty new retail stores which have resulted in lots of new job opportunities within retail as well as new apartments, restaurants, offices and a cinema. Not only were the shops attracting customers, its significant design have been the main tourist attraction. The gigantic glass roof allows natural light into the shopping centre making customers able to see outside even though they're inside.

Due to the various number of shops, facilities, restaurants and cafes, there are plenty of jobs available to choose from. To apply or see what roles are available, job seekers can visit the retailers directly, apply on the retailer's website or recruitment websites, go on the Cabot Circus website or call them directly. The roles include, Chefs or kitchen assistants, waiters or waitresses, Supervisors and managers, sales assistants, cleaners, customer services and stockroom and operations.

During the Christmas time, the number of job positions increase and there are plenty of temping roles available, especially within some of the retail shops. Working within Cabot Circus is a great because everything is indoors, there are plenty of places to eat and drink, plenty of toilet facilities, car parking spaces, bus services, taxis and ATM machines available, plus the touch screens and information desks will be able to help whenever needed. Cabot Circus is also conveniently located as well as having plenty of public transport, cycle routes and footpaths with directions which makes it easy to get to work.

Depending on the type of role it is, the skills and experience will of course, differ. However if deciding to work within retail, the new shops will have plenty of opportunities available, so it's the best time to start looking.
