Do not turn work place a battle field
We are sorry to note that the people at a work place are not united, but they are divided in groups. Group-making is not bad because man is a social animal and he wants friends and people who are near to him. When he gets time, he would be seeking their company on a cup of tea or to relax and enjoy. But we make groups not for enjoyment, but for fighting amongst each other, then this course is bad for the administration as well as for the people in the office.
This is the work place and it must be accepted that we spend most of the time of our life here and therefore, it is most necessary for us to keep the atmosphere calm and cool here so that we may give out better performance to our employer and we may also be increasing our efficiency. When we are at fight, then most of our time shall be consumed in making conspiracies and the like and if we fight, the higher authorities shall be taking action against us and we shall waste most of our time in meeting these charges and disciplinary proceedings.. Therefore, we must make it sure that we are having friendly relations with all our colleagues, our subordinates and we should be respectful to our seniors and must see that we are getting good reports which shall be the base for considering our case for promotion in the organization.
If we are efficient and a sincere worker, then we shall be seeking and having help of others and we shall be increasing our efficiency and performance. Others in the organization shall also have benefit of our knowledge and experience. And our help should be available to others. We should not consume our time in lowering down efficiency and performance of others, rather we should help them in bettering their performance. What we know, we must distribute our knowledge and experience with others so that they too shall be getting their due position in the organization and when they go ahead, we shall get good reputation because these people who could get promotions with our help shall be spreading good news about us and we shall become popular amongst our friends, our bosses, amongst our colleagues and the like and such points give us booster in life.
The work place is more than our home. We get booster, energy, will, encouragement, power from our house, from our home and similarly if we could create and establish a good atmosphere at our work place, this place too shall be giving us booster, a will to live, a will to work more, a will to increase our efficiency, a will to have friendship with others, a will to create friendship with others and thus we too shall be getting promotions and a place in the organization.
Therefore, it should be our first duty to see that we are creating good relations at our work place and we are a friend of each one in that organization. We shall be happy and we shall be living more and the remaining part of our life shall become Heaven on this earth.
