Am I weak?
I currently have about a year not here in my degree, and when I'm done I want to be a superior at Chili's. I have one of the most stressful jobs (QA/Expo) that I do fulltime. I typically get irritated and normally tolerate someone know when I see them doing something wrong. My manager and I (not the head one) talk about this. he sais that the people don't resembling me too much, but when I do other things than QAing, I'm a different person. Our store is one of the busiest in Texas. He said that he's hear that I'm immature, and that I need to peroxide up. When I'm on the QA line I'm really intense because I have to focus on the food, but everyone say I'm the best QA we have. So what gives? I appear gung-ho and I take demeaned by coworkers and possibly jeopardize my future, or lighten up and consent to my work ethic slip and relax. It's a duality I don't understand. I'll be graduating next to a B.S. in History (yes a BS, science courses included) and I love the food industry. HELP!

Am i wrong to adjustment my position?
i work at a family run steel company, i earn a good wage an get hold of weekends an bank hols off, i own to take my hols when they have shut downs! im doin a home learnin attractiveness therapy course as i want to change work. iv looked on internet to see what my options are when its complete an the jobs want experience so i thought nearly workin in a shop or somewhere similar on one of them beauty counters to help out me. everyone says i shouldnt that im goin backwards not forwards an im stupid for wantin a shop job! also relations mite think im goin nowhere an i dont no what to do!

Am i wrong?
I just started working at a local restaurant about a month ago. I'm supposed to be the hostess but the waiter and even the manager asks me to do tasks that i feel dont belong to my position (like sweeping & mopping the floor, cleaning the window and restrooms). I talked to the manager and complained going on for it, and besides when i was hired i was supposed to start learnining to help yourself to the public relations position.. he didnt help at all and i still own to accomplish those duties.. what should i do? am i wrong?

Am wanting a revise of carreer, own be contained by the motor trade for 15 yrs and would approaching to become a chef.?

Another Job Interview Follow up Question?
I interviewed for a job that I'm expecting to get. I own passed 4 interviews already! Nine days ago, the hiring manager informed me, by email, that he was thoroughly interested in speaking to me and that he would call me that afternoon. It didn't develop. I emailed him the next day and he replied adage that he was sick, and stressed the fact that he be very interested in speaking to me, but that I would requirement to be patient w. him. That was finishing Wednesday and I haven't heard from him anymore. Should I send an email or place a phone appointment?

I applied for an Adm. Assistant job a few weeks back go through two interviews and some writting assingments this was for a very life-size parish then I got the hail as. No I didnt get it the father told me if it was any consolation I be next in column for the job. Anyways he told me that they had another position available for receptionist if I be interested to apply so I did. They called me for a fallow up interview so I go it was a pannel interview this time 4 of the commity members, today the Father call me and asked me to come in tomarrow for interview number 4 I have interviewed beside him before the the assistant position he said it was between me and another contestant they were considering. What am I doing wrong why arent they just offering it to me if I be considered for the assistant position? I really want the position but any one have any ideas what is going on I am so lost..Please minister to!

A good friend is a Chef and has worked surrounded by lots of cities. He is presently in Palm Beach, Fl. I am amazed at how often he change jobs. He complains ALL the time that "they didn't live up to what they said" whether is is money or amount of work. My friend is 48 and has be doing this for literally years and years. I can' t count all the jobs. When I confront him and enlighten him it seems like he is the problem, he say, moving around alot in the restaurant business is common. Is that true? He have worked in really good places and they ALWAYS expire. I know some jobs are seasonal but he leaves those too. What is the nature of the business? (also, my friend is a bit of a drinker, which I believe get him into trouble at times.) Thanks!
