There is still a long and complicated career path, so the applicant must have keen interest in nursing and medicine to forward his/her career. This is a field where lot of patience and a passion to serve the needy and sick people is required. This also implies that the applicant should not have any criminal background or drugs/alcoholic addiction. 

How to Become an LPN in Utah-

In order to license as a practical nurse in the state, first off, one should have completed an approved nursing program. The LPN courses are concluded within a year and awards a diploma or certificate. By the completion of the course, one needs to apply for the licensure in the state nursing board of Utah and undergo a criminal history background check and drugs screening through FBI fingerprint technology. Once allowed by the nursing board, the applicant can register and take the certification test called National Counsel Licensing Examination – Practical Nursing (NCLEX-PN). The licensure to work as practical nurse is issued on passing the certification exam. The license is required to be renewed in every two years by continued education or practice.
