After landing the job, you need to be thorough with the intricate details of the product(s) that you will be selling. Take them home and go through them in detail. Remember that your job is to sell and this requires specific selling skills and thorough product knowledge. Your pitch has to be convincing and interesting enough to excite the customer to buy the product. Your product is technology oriented, but you should use specific jargon only if the customer is tech savvy.
