Green Card is a government document that confirms that immigration status of a person living in US. Eligibility Criteria

There are a few eligibility criteria to participate in the Diversity (DV) lottery program.

  1. You must be native of the country that should appear on the list of qualifying countries for green card lottery.
  2. If your country's name does not appear on the qualifying list, you may still participate, if your parents have citizenship of the country which has its name on the qualifying list for DV lottery.
  3. You must have passed high school standard at least or should have some work experience. Therefore the minimum age of 18 years has been fixed to be eligible to participate in the green card lottery program.
