My ultimate aspiration dream job is to become a Medical Administrative Assistant, which includes Medical Billing and Coding. It would be convenient if I could perform all these functions from my home. If I am needed in the office, I would be a phone call or email away. We have so much technology to compensate for the absent of a body. I will strictly be the paper pusher and not face to face with people.

I imagine waking up in the morning and having the pleasure of staying home and working. When I roll out the bed, shuffle myself into the bathroom, and out to get myself dress, I then enter into the next room, which is the office that is equipped with everything I need. It is gratifying that I have sixty minutes of free time, which is a lot of time considering I don’t have to drive or take the MBTA to my job. My working hours starts at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm, so I am full of energy in the morning and not angry from missing the bus or stress out cause someone cut me off on the highway while talking on their cell phone. My attendance is always perfect and I will never be late for work. I vision having contracts from large business that have gone privatized. My job will be easy to me because I would have knowledge and experience to back me up. I will be an asset to the company that I work for and one of the most qualified employees they have. The company managers will call me, because I will always have the right answers to the quandaries.

I preferred to care for children for fifteen years, because it is very hard to find a reliable baby sitter you could trust, so I had to put my career on hold. Now, that they are a lot older and still need supervision but can manage some things themselves. I am taking advantage of the opportunity to invest my time wisely as possible. The dreams I have are manifesting themselves slowly but surely. I am looking forward to making good money, getting promotions, buying houses etc.

My desire is to master medical billing and coding, so that I can work out of my home and that not one of my children would be neglected. A door opened for me to take college prep classes, so that I could enter into a college to pursue my dream.
