Write down some notes about the company and pay special attention to the latest news. Interviewers love it when you show that you have done your homework and that you know what is happening in the industry.

Interviewers frequently ask about strengths and weaknesses so it is best to be prepared for this question. Highlight your strengths and be honest about your weaknesses but also explain how you are trying to improve yourself.
