Therefore, you have to primarily determine how much dough you’ll be taking home. And from there, analyze your lifestyle concerning necessary changes needed should you decide to make the jump.
3. Develop a solid and concrete plan. In other words, create career plans for the next 5-10 years. Do not just focus on devising a day to day plan. Rather, make a constant check of your career status. Are there any advancements, improvements and developments? If there aren’t any signs, do not be afraid to make a big shift, but just ascertain that as you move, your new found career is way better than the previous, profession-wise and in terms of financial aspects.
