Indian Banks are hiring for new officers

The reccession has created a bad effect oon the employment status of many develped country. People arround the world was being fired and there was no hope in coming years .

But there was a another sory was being written by some developing countries like china and India. Organizations whether public or private are aggressively hiring new people at different position. This can be treated as success story for these developing country as they are often criticezed for their srtrict economic regulation, corruption, poor infrastructure and lack of co-ordination between governing bodies.

A recent hiring campaign lunched by public sector bank of india can considered as the success story of Indian financial policy which not only protect financial institute from potentially new risk market and regulating their activities for welfare of public and stability of economic situation of country.

Recently many publoc sector bank are hiring aggresivly for the post of PO and Clearks. These banks include state bank of india, panjab national bank, central bank of india, bank of maharastra, syndicate bank, Uco bank, and other more than 32 large banks generating aroung 2 lakhs of new position within a finacial year 2010.

World has seen how cruel recession can be. Collapse of mazer western bank created a havoc among people. These 100s of bankrupt bank left their people on road for begging. Failure of so many banks pulled the whole world under the shadow of recession. Unemployment reached at highest level in so called rich country.

But surprisingly there is another place on the earth where Banks are behaving in opposite manner. They are hiring employees with a record number of vacancies. They vacancies in lakhs and almost all student from this country is willing get this reputed jobs. This place is India which was once criticized for its closed economy now showing how a balanced financial control can flourish a industry.
