The number of expatriates moving to the Gulf to take up jobs in Dubai has increased manifold over the last few years. Other than dream salaries and good job profiles, Dubai offers a relaxed and pleasant lifestyle to people who move in there. It is a modern and cosmopolitan city of the Gulf and offers good living opportunities to both male and female expatriates. The crime rate is very low, the city is clean, the living spaces are modern and the climate is also quite pleasing through most part of the year. Other than good work opportunities, there are good socializing and recreational facilities too in Dubai. The city is tolerant religion-wise and allows worship of all religions. There are a good number of churches in the city.

If you too have a job offer from Dubai and are ready to relocate there, it will help immensely to know more about the lifestyle offered by the city to its expatriates. The city welcomes expatriates with open arms and the foreign population is growing in the city at a fast pace. There are facilities designed especially for the working expatriates. There are many clubs and societies that offer recreational activities to foreign workers in Dubai. Thus, after a hectic day at work, one can look forward to unwinding and chilling out at one of these clubs and societies. In Dubai, one can easily get access to foreign newspapers and magazines. Also, movies of different languages are also available. The consumption of alcohol is allowed at licensed places and the place is liberal towards women too.

There is a vast majority of expatriates in Dubai who have relocated from Europe, Asia and North America. They enjoy the inimitable lifestyle offered by Dubai. The standard of living is high, the salary is tax free and the climate remains pleasant almost for eight months during the year. One can form a wide social network while working in Dubai and get access to fantastic healthcare. There are many good employment opportunities in the city and there are good facilities for the families of the expatriates too. For instance, there are special schools for the children of the expatriates.

After coming to Dubai to take up a job, expatriates usually join a club based on their preferences. That is the best way to socialize with others and get to meet new people. In clubs, it is not difficult to make new friends. You can join a club to avail beach access or sporting facilities or enjoy fine wining and dining. There are exclusive clubs for kids too and there are many recreational facilities available for kids at these clubs. It is at these clubs that one gets to network, make new business contacts and find out about general requirements such as schools, doctors, after school activities etc.

Thus, working and living in Dubai can be like an extended holiday if one goes with an open mind and knows about the right activities to join. Other than the amazing salary that one gets to enjoy here, it is the lifestyle of Dubai that attracts thousands of expatriates each year.
