Selecting Right Website For Jobs

Posted: Feb 05, 2010 |Comments: 0 |

There are many jobs currently available on line  so if you need job, this is the first place that you should look first, but ask your self a question if you are using a right website?

Most of the on line job sites are not free for both employees or employers , they charge from both or one party, in both cases its not helpful for the job seekers, like many job sites are free for job seekers but charge from Employer in order to reach the CVs, that means in fact there are job opportunities and job seeker too, but such sites just bound the  opportunity for job seekers. so  always search , bookmark and use such sites who are free at all
like JobsHawk is a free for all and provides broader opportunity to the employers and job seekers to catch up with out any hurdles

Pakistani Job market is also suffering from these type of web site monopoly, along with other problems which are keeping the Pakistan and their Jobs seekers in more troubles and crises.
Since Special sites (mostly) are paid and Mid sized business or employers cannot afford paying them in order to hire the employees and participate to reduce the unemployment from Pakistan, so then these Employers chose the other options like Job Section of Free Classifieds sites where its already free to post the Job ads, we can see from examples that some classifieds site are doing more to Country's prosperity then Paid Job special sites,

An other important thing to notice is

It is vital to your overall success that you look in as many places as possible, so check out your local newspaper as well. One thing to keep in mind with online jobsites, however, is that you should never have to pay for information on these jobs. If you are ever asked for money upfront, do not even bother replying because it is likely some sort of scam. Legitimate employers will never ask you for money because they need you more than you need them and would not risk losing a potential employee with this sort of practice.
