Start Planning Your Career Today Analyzing All Important Aspects

While planning future career, one must analyze all the aspects in complex and analyze each of them objectively. If it is difficult for you to perform it orally, it is recommended to write all your thoughts down. Therefore it will be easier for you to understand yourself better and to decide what you really want to achieve.

Make SWOT analysis of your own and write down (Try to be objective)

1.Your strengths (find at least five)

2.Your weaknesses (think of concrete examples)

3.Your opportunities (Think of your childhood dreams)

4.Your threats (What were you always afraid of most of all?)

This step is very important. After you are done with your SWOT analysis, you can show it to your parents, relatives or friends. Consider their opinion and move to the next step:

Make a research: what is out there?

1.Find out what types of work exist and what types do you prefer

2.Find out more about employers and their preferences

3.Are you qualified enough to perform this job?

4.Are you ready for hard work and irregular working hours?

5.What alternatives do you have?

Your next step will be connected with making choices and important decisions about employers. Setup your priorities and try to choose only what you really want. Be honest with yourself and start dealing with paperwork.

What kind of paperwork do I need?

1.Prepare resume. Try to make it in a way that will reflect reality

2.Write a cover letter. Be precise and try to express your desire to work there

3.Fill in all the application forms.

4.Do not forget to get ready to interviews

Now you can enjoy your new job. If you still do not enjoy it, go back to the first step and try to do everything again. Good luck with your career planning!
