Ten Hottest Careers: Rewarding Careers You Should Pay Close Attention To

If someone were to ask me what the top ten hottest careers are these days, I would probably be able to give that person quite a few suggestions.

After all, there is opportunity everywhere you go. If your drive is strong enough, you’ll quickly be able to forge quite a rewarding career, no matter where you are at the moment.

Besides, many factors come into play. Being involved in one of the top ten hottest careers doesn’t just mean a great salary. It also means being happy with what you’re doing, achieving continuous personal growth, and settling in your ideal work environment.

Here is a mini compilation I’ve made of careers that make the grade.  These 10 careers are grouped into 3 categories:

1) Medical Affairs (Doctors, Gynecologists, Psychiatrists)

Whatever medical field you venture into, as long as you’re good at what you do, it will pay well.

Obviously, this falls into my list of the top ten hottest careers because of the salary. However, salary is not the only motivator for this career. No day is the same. You don’t get the same patients everyday, and you don’t get the same results all the time.

But many people are interested to pursue a field in medicine because it is an incredible feeling to have helped someone get over their health problem or improve their quality of life.

Not everyone can jump into the world of medicine though. It takes years of study and a certain level of intelligence to penetrate it.

2) Technology (Computer System Analysts, Computer Software Engineers, Computer Programmers)

Technology - and all the components that come with it - is relatively young compared to other fields like medicine. There is so much to discover and so much to improve upon. That’s why this group is included in our top ten hottest careers.

Technology is an ever-growing field that makes a career in it one of the fastest-growing in the whole world. Everybody needs technology to make it in this modern era. Just think about how fast mobile phones upgrade or how many generations of iPod have been released in the last couple of years.

3) Education/Coaching/Training (Teacher, Blogger, Aerobics instructors, Fitness Trainers)

Another group included in the list of the top ten hottest careers is in education. With today’s unfortunate increase in the unemployment rate, you’d think that you don’t have a lot of options left.

However, a career in education is nothing to scoff at. In fact, delving in it can be very rewarding. By education, I don’t strictly mean it in the classroom sense. Of course, there is an obvious high demand for teachers. If you remember your studies well enough, you can try your luck at schools and universities.

However, there is also a lucrative opportunity for bloggers. And with everybody being bitten by the health bug, aerobics instructors and fitness trainers are highly sought after.

These are the top ten hottest careers today based on a combination of different factors. Keep in mind that when choosing a career, you don’t only consider the money you stand to earn, but also your level of interest or passion in it.

StudentScholarships.org - I am going to be an Actor

By: Drew Backley | 31/12/2009
My dream job is acting, because I want the chance to inspire someone to experience the thrill of performing in front of a live audience. I want the chance to be to someone else what Angela Lansbury and Stephen Sondheim are to me—-the embodiment of talent.

StudentScholarships.org - A Career as a Journalist

By: Drew Backley | 31/12/2009
In Journalism, I have already had a few achievements. I became Head Editor of my school newspapers my junior year in High School where I was the only junior in a class full of seniors. My senior year, I served as the Editor-in-Chief and I was awarded the "Star Award" (student of the year) from the Detroit Free Press in May 2005. For me, winning awards is not the easiest thing to accomplish.

StudentScholarships.org - It is all about Goal Setting

By: Drew Backley | 31/12/2009
Goal setting has become a routine and practiced concept in human society. We are continually taught to set goals, to reach for the stars and to dream big. The idea of complete happiness and success seems to be directly connected only to the accomplishment of our most desired ambitions.

StudentScholarships.org - Choosing a Career as a Writer

By: Drew Backley | 31/12/2009
To me, a writer can do whatever he or she desires, pristine or simply selfish in motive. If a writer is flamboyant, he or she can write a story about the glory of toilets. If a writer is a serious stooge, then he or she can write a story about the genocide in Sudan.

StudentScholarships.org - I want to be an Actress

By: Drew Backley | 31/12/2009
For me, acting is living in a moment. The art of theater is to suspend a moment, and unearth everything that makes this particular moment real. It is the theater’s duty to take that moment and present it to the audience so that they can connect with the moment and get in touch with their own emotions.

StudentScholarships.org - My Ideal Job

By: Drew Backley | 31/12/2009
My ideal job, one that I would dream for is simply this, to inspire, motivate, and equip servant leaders, to devastate this world with love. I want to take the world’s lies and replace them with the truth, the slothfulness into productivity, the anger into peace, and the hatred into love. I want my life to make a difference within this world. I do not want to sit back and enjoy a job with a good salary and benefits that adds up to nothing as far as real differences made
