These display nervousness and an inability to gather your thoughts. To your interviewer, too many of these uncertain words and phrases shows a weakness in character. For best results, take a few seconds to gather your thoughts and then answer questions.
6. Asking About Benefits, Pay, Vacation, etc. - It's best to wait until you've won the employer over before you take the initial dive into talking about the benefits, pay, and vacation time. Your employer wants to make sure that you are each on the same page. What the company wants and what you want may be two totally different things. However, it's important to know that your employer wants to know that you're interested in the actual job, not just the pay.
Prepare to not make any mistakes during the interview process. Although you may feel anxious, do your best to not come across that way. Keep in mind that if you want this job that you must display maturity, responsibility, and patience.
