I wanted to talk to you about the police oral board interview. If you want to be a police officer than you're going to have to have an oral interview with a board of people. It's just the way things work. If you're getting hired for a regular job, typically only one person needs to approve it, but when it comes to becoming a police officer a board of people need to. It can be very intimidating to do an interview like this, just due to the fact that it isn't like any other job interview you would have had. I'm going to talk to you about the police oral board interview. First impressions count, so you have to make this your best possible entrance. The first characteristic you have to demonstrate is confidence. That means when you walk into the room stand up straight, have a good posture and smile. Make sure you're not fidgeting with your hands or walking to fast because that only makes it look like you lack confidence. Unconsciously, in the minds of the interviewers, they will decide whether you're good for the job just on the entrance, so get it right. The police oral board interview will require you to be able to properly answer questions. I'm assuming you're competent enough to answer them, so it really comes down to how you answer them. Make sure you speak loud enough, make eye contact and avoid 'ahh' sounds. The better you are the communication, the better you'll end up coming off and that is really what counts since at this point you should know the answers.
