Many ticket brokers think that they will make great money out of the tickets they have bought. However, there are times in which not only they have wrongly anticipated the public’s wish to spend a lot of money on tickets for a certain event, but they may even wrongly assume that there will be an interest for a certain events.
In these cases, many ticket brokers remain with unsold tickets and without the prospect of getting their money back. What most of them do not know is that if they have ordered the tickets from Ticketmaster and they have not yet been delivered you can cancel your order. Thus, if you do not see any interest in the event for which you have purchase tickets you can ask the operators from Ticketmaster to cancel your order and return your money.
The first thing you need to do is to get the phone call from Ticketmaster. You can do that by entering visiting their site, press the Help button and then the Contact Us button, from Customer Service section. Here you will find the telephone number for your area.
After you dial the number you should press 1 for setting the English language and 2 for entering the menu for existing orders. Afterwards you should press the numbers 3,2,2,1 making a pause of 2 or 3 seconds between them. This will lead you to one of the operators in charge of talking with the customers. Tell them that you have made an order but you are no longer able to get to that event or any other credible story. Then ask them to cancel your tickets and present your apologies for the inconvenience you have caused them. If you are convincing enough you will get your money back and be able to invest them in other tickets.
Cancelling an existing order can be quite simple if you know what you are doing. Why lose precious money on tickets that will never sell when you can cancel your order any time?
