How do they treat their employees? No pay cut is ever worth it if the company does not value the employees and strive to ensure that they are treated properly and fairly.
Pittsburgh is the home of several major corporations including offices for Sony, Westinghouse Electric, Bayer Corporation and even Del Monte. If you are looking for a great assortment of companies with a known history of treating employees well then these are the best place to start when you are looking for a great job. While there are plenty of jobs available, you want to always look for the best possible job before applying to ensure you are happy with the job and the company.
