What can you do as a job applicant to help move along and close the interview process successfully? First of all watch for signs from the interviewer that is time to "wrap up". Remember the interviewer want to get the show on the road, hire a candidate and get home to his family as much as you do. Signs to watch for include asking whether or not you have any further questions, tidying up papers on the desk, pushing the chair back, or even as simple as pushing the chair back or simply sitting back in the chair.
