For most people, at least one two-week holiday each year is a must, in terms of having an extended relaxation period and forgetting all about the stresses of every day life.

Upon disembarking at Calais in France, there is literally an entire continent to explore, from the stunning beaches in the south of France to the historical cities of Spain and Italy.

So, it would seem that there are many advantages of embarking on a driving holiday. But as is the case with any vacation, it’s always best to prepare for the worst.
