The vehicle accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 10 seconds, with a maximum speed of 160 km/h. The gasoline engine is equipped with MPFI injection system. On the other hand, the diesel variant of Maruti Swift is powered by turbo-charged 1.3L engine, which delivers power of 75 bhp at 4000 rpm and 190 Nm of torque at 2000 rpm. The diesel engine comes with latest CRDi fuel injection system.

Swift is available in vibrant colors such as solid bright red, metallic sunlight copper, pearl metallic Arctic white, metallic midnight black, metallic ozone blue, and metallic azure grey.

Majorly, the car is doing fine in the market in spite of fierce competion with other cars.
