Kurt McNeil, vice president of Cadillac Sales and Service, said in a press release, "The CTS and SRX have helped Cadillac gain more than 2 percentage points of share in the luxury market in 2010, while customer services such as the Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance program have helped make Cadillac the top-ranked brand for total satisfaction in Auto Pacific surveys."
The CTS is quickly rising through the ranks and enjoying popularity among major car review media outlets, such as its inclusion in Popular Mechanics' Top 10 Cars for 2011. Esquire magazine also named the CTS-V Sport Coupe Domestic Car of the Year.
