My City Apartment
I have just moved into a brand new city centre apartment. I am actually the first person to move in and it does feel a bit strange sleeping in such a huge building all by myself. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large balcony that looks out over the city river. To re-gain some capital I have sold my car and this will reduce a lot of my monthly outgoings. No petrol, no parking, no road tax, no MOT or unexpected car repairs. And I will no longer be paying Taxi Fares. Therefore I concur it is actually a wise financial decision. Well, I have to justify it somehow!
