Greetings that can make a real difference to a child’s life PhotoBox partners up with NSPCC to support their Child’s Voice Appeal

PhotoBox, the number one online personal publishing, photo printing and sharing destination in Europe announces today its partnership with The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) and its ChildLine service.

Through this partnership, a percentage all A5 and A6 greeting card sales will go towards supporting the NSPCC’s Child Voice Appeal.

Commenting on the partnership, Mark Chapman, Managing Director of PhotoBox, says: “The NSPCC’s Child Voice Appeal, particularly their recently launched ChildLine Online Service, is a cause close to our hearts and we are very proud to help raise money for the charity in this way. Not only do we want our customers to feel good when creating and giving personalised and unique PhotoBox products to loved ones, but to feel even better because they are contributing to a great cause.”

Tracy Griffin, Head of Corporate Partnerships at the NSPCC, says: “Every time someone remembers a special person in their life by sending them a PhotoBox greeting card, they will help us answer a call that could make a real difference to a child’s life. All funds raised through the partnership will go towards the NSPCC’s Helpline and ChildLine so that more calls for help can be answered and more unheard voices can be listened to.”

Donating part of the sales of Greeting Cards is just one of the many initiatives planned for the partnership. PhotoBox supported the NSPCC earlier this year by launching ChildLine Young Photographer of the Year Competition 2009 to raise money and awareness for the charity. The competition was a resounding success with hundreds of cracking photos posted that showcase a child’s eye view of the world.

PhotoBox is also supporting the NSPCC through a special photobook and exclusive range of cards. These products showcase all winners and shortlisted entries from the photography competition and will be up for grabs on the PhotoBox website this November.

A percentage of sales from an exclusive range of NSPCC calendars and photo books will also go to the NSPCC for all purchases made from end of November, and NSPCC diaries from early 2010.
